Resorts Casino Tunica, Prize Fight Boxing and Tunica Music Group, LLC announce “Rumble at Resorts” Saturday, February 23rd. The five bout card features a six round Main Event featuring undefeated sensation Tony Mack (4-0) vs. Pete Johnson (9-6), a seasoned and proven veteran. The up and coming prospect Mack was a 2012 Olympic Trials USA Olympics Qualifier and a 2011 National Golden Gloves Champion. He is regarded by many among boxing to be one of the Top10 prospects in boxing today. Promoter Brian Young stated, “Tony has never fought anyone who has had the ring experience and savvy of the caliber of Pete, which promises to be Tony’s toughest opponent yet and should have the fans on their feet the entire time. Both are sluggers and really aggressive”.

The exciting undercard features local mid- south talent with Lightweight Erick Hernandez-Perez, undefeated Rogelio Casarez, Jr. Middleweight Donta Linzie, and Memphis’ own undefeated

Lightweight Joey Bryant (3-0) squaring off against unbeaten Arron Slusser (1-0) of Imoden, AR. The fight card will be televised on Comcast (Ch.31) on a tape delayed basis on Saturday, March 2nd at 10:00pm. Co-hosting the show will be voice of the Memphis Tigers and Sports 56 Radio Personality, Dave Woloshin and WKNO’s Host of “Sports Files” and fellow Sports 56 Radio Personality, Greg Gaston. Handling the color commentating will be Dave Ferguson of Memphis Judo and Jiu-Jitsu.
