With the close of the Title National Boxing Championships, Saturday, June 16, marked the completion of the tournament’s seventh year. Despite a a last minute venue change, the tournament drew more than 800 boxers and coaches from all over the United States, with over 45 states being represented . The competition level was high and closely compared to the energy of US Olympic Trails Boxing Tournament, with over 176 champions crowned. The tourney ran into the early morning hours on Thursday, Friday and ended at 11 p.m on Saturday. The Fight Connection and Tile Boxing Inc. would like to thank all Mid-South boxing fans that came out to show their support as well as and all their Mid-South sponsors.

Amateur boxers ages 8-34 will compete for the title of National Champion. Teams are registered from as far away as the Caiman Islands and includes the US Marine’s Boxing Team. There will be 2 rings of live boxing beginning at 7 pm on the 14th and 15th with the finals on Saturday the 16th beginning at noon. Read more »
